Hi, my loves! I hope everyone has had the most fantastic Thanksgiving day! In my house, we spend Thanksgiving eating Korean BBQ’s because Turkey meat is too dry for us. I really should have taken a pic to show you, but If you love steaks, you need to get yourself to a Korean restaurant to try out our BBQ’s! If you’re ever in the NYC area, try out this Korean restaurant called, Miss Korea. They have THE best BBQs! I can go on and on about my favorite Korean food but this is suppose to be a post about a hair tutorial lol, so lets talk about this crazy braided updo. 😀

You guys ever get a (not) so bright idea in your head about something and it ends up not being what you thought it would be? This week’s braided hairstyle, I’m calling the, “epic braid bun,” ended up being one of those.
Stubborn me worked on it for 5 days because I refused to consider another technique to get the same look. *sigh* After I finally realized I needed to do it differently, everything snapped into place, and I ended up doing it at the first try.
If you guys ever watch a tutorial from someone doing the hairstyle on another person, and you can’t recreate it on your OWN hair, then you need to try it another way and not force the issue. This is what I’m trying to tell you…
Normally, a Never-Ending Braided Bun style like this is suppose to NOT end – that’s why it’s called a Never-Ending Braid, ours do though because I split the waterfall braids and French braid in half to make it easier. As complicated and as intricate this braid bun looks, once you understand the steps, it’s not as hard as it looks, so give this hairstyle a try!
